Splash about in the hot tub, bounce on the sunken trampoline, pop to see the ponies in the paddock, or unfurl yourself on a sun lounger. Then rinse and repeat until your sap is fully replenished.
Rooted into an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the north-east tip of the Cotswolds, you’ll find Will’s Tree House. Come with kids and there are bunk beds for them to discover cleverly hidden from view, a pirate ship and lookout tower in the woodland for imaginative play, as well as farm animals a short walk away. Come as a couple and this treehouse with a hot tub becomes a love nest perched between sturdy sycamore and ash trees where you can reconnect with one another – and nature.
The Stay
Inside, Will’s Tree House is immaculately modern and bright. The bedroom, living and dining area is a single smartly-designed room where four can sleep comfortably. Take the king-sized bed for your slumber and you’ll snooze in crisp white linen dressed with bright cushions. Throw open the double patio doors opposite your bed and you can wake up with the birds as you sip your morning coffee. The full-size French bunk beds are elegantly housed in a panel behind the leather sofa, release with a pull and they’re ready to use.
Underfloor heating keeps you warm if the weather takes a chilly turn and there’s plenty of high-tech options to keep you entertained if rain stops play, including a 55” flatscreen Smart TV and DVD player and wifi speaker. There’s also a telescope for late-night stargazing for those crips, clear nights.
Like the main living area in this UK treehouse, the bathroom is a sleek and neat space. Here you’ll find a bath and overhead power shower, complimentary toiletries, soft towels and fluffy bathrobes – ideal for wrapping yourself in as you make your way to the treehouse hot tub.
Hop up a couple of steps to a fabulously fresh and contemporary kitchen with integrated appliances (electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and gas hob) and luxe kitchen accessories to make self-catering a joy not a chore. JosephJoseph and SMEG are just two names you’ll recognise.
Outside, Will’s Tree House takes chilling out to another level. The wooden deck is huge, spanning two levels with great views over the Warwickshire countryside.

The lower deck is where you can slink into the treehouse hot tub and stay as long as you want, spying on the woodpeckers, ducks, moorhens and heron who’ve made this special rural spot home.
