Where the A-Listers Dine in the Cotswolds

Gallery

The Swan was a 17th century coaching inn, it had sawdust on the floor and a bakery. Today, it’s linked to Thyme’s farm on the Southrop Manor Estate and is a must-go foody destination in the Cotswolds.

Dine in the Old Bar for simple ‘bar bites’, The Snug for something more intimate, or the The Garden Room and Restaurant. Expect excellent service, stylish (yet relaxed surroundings) and exceptional food – dishes use local suppliers and ingredients grown from the attached farm.
