1940s-themed cafe

Go Back In Time At This Quirky Tea Room

Gallery

Step back in time to an era of good quality home cooked food, locally-sourced ingredients and probably the friendliest service in the County. The Fourteas Tea Room is a quirky, cosy, beautiful space that’s fox-trotted straight out of the 1940s.

Originally set-up by a husband and wife team who wanted to create a theatrical tea room in the heart of Stratford, it is today one of the town’s most creative and imaginative cafes.

From the wireless radio playing Vera Lynn and Glen Miller, to the ration book menus and the authentic vintage crockery, the Fourteas Tea Room really stands apart from the chain cafes.

Expect a full menu of traditional British classics, including the cafe’s signature Ivor Novello Afternoon Tea that’s fit for a king or queen, as well as a huge range of hot teas and coffees and other drinks.
