Choux pastry dough is the staple base for some of the most well-loved desserts in France, including popular breakfast treats: chouquettes – which you’ll learn how to make in this fun and fabulous class.
You’ll receive expert tips from Gaby and Carlos as you cook and discover all the extraordinary pastries that you will be able to make after the class. By the end of the 75 minutes, you’ll be a choux pastry master with your own chouquettes cooling on the side, fresh from your oven.
Tickets cost £14 per a household and lessons are available almost daily – simply select the time that best suits you. They can also cater the recipes to be gluten free if you let them know in advance of booking. To bake along, you will need: eggs, plain flour (or gluten free flour with corn starch and agar gum), milk, unsalted butter, and pearl sugar.
