The summer holidays are upon us! Let’s get summer 2019 off to a cracking start. How about a circus on a ship? Or one of the world’s largest air shows? Or if you fancy something a little more magical, a free (my favourite word) Harry Potter tour. There is something for everyone this glorious summer, weekend.

For more ideas on what to do this weekend, there’s also my Weekend Directory to visit. Oh, and if you do go to any of the events below, swing by the comments below and let me know!

Event | International Royal Air Tattoo, RAF Fairford, Gloucestershire

Frid 19th – Sun 21st July | £57

The Royal International Air Tattoo is one of the world’s biggest and best air shows, fun for all the family with hundreds of aircrafts doing a variety of dazzling displays. Your socks may well get knocked off by the sheer noise some of these gigantic aircrafts make. Expect to see live orchestral concerts, exhibits and displays from serving and veteran RAF men and women, hands on technology displays for kids and more aircrafts than you could possibly imagine.

Set amongst the rafters of Brunel’s SS Great Britain, The Invisible Circus will wow you with hourly performances from 11am to 3pm. The circus will be taking over the ship with aerial acrobatics, juggling and fire breathing! Lots of ‘ooo’s’ and ‘aaaahs’ please everyone.
